VISION

Developing the Indonesian coconut processing industry as one of the strategic strengths of the national economy, and increasing its bargaining position and competitiveness as a major player in the global market among other coconut producing countries.
 
MISSION
1   Establish cooperation through fair and proportional partnerships with coconut farmers to increase farmers' income and welfare in a sustainable manner.
   
2   Increase the country's foreign exchange earnings by increasing the export capacity of Indonesian coconut processing industry players.
   
3   Become a dialogue partner with the Central, Regional Government and all other stakeholders to create a more conducive investment climate.
   
4   Promote the absorption of the domestic market for derivative products, especially those produced by domestic coconut processing industry players.
   
5   Encouraging cooperation with research institutes in a broad sense both in the context of creating superior seeds to assist rejuvenation programs as well as in order to improve product quality and develop new derivative products.
